  All images are one minute at 1600 iso on a canon 20D at prime focus.
Only minimal post editing in Photoshop
The image of M42 photographed when the nebula was approx 10 degrees above the horizon ,it could have been 5 degrees!!

I have just completed my first stacked image of M31 using Imagesplus. It is a stack of only 5 one minute images,calibrated with a similar number of dark images and an attempt at experimentation with the processing tools of imagesplus. A lot yet to be learned,but perhaps a step in the right direction!
