My dad and I bought some solar film and made a filter. We tried it out today and got our first picture of a sunspot. Great work Christopher and Ralph (Dad). A fantastic first image and a great test for your solar filter and the Venus transit. Sunspots 618 captured excellently.

I got a photo of the moon with my webcam. I took it on 25th April 2004 at about 9 o'clock. Dad helped me with the computer bit. I also got one of Jupiter but it's not that good. The moon was taken with a Phillips TouCam Pro through a Celestron Nexstar 114.
