The ISS has been making a number of bright evening passes and I wanted to capture this on camera. The International Space Station is currently carrying two people around the globe in 90 minutes, Commander Sergei Krikalev and Flight Engineer John Phillips.

In the photo below you can see the ISS pass beneath the constellation of Leo.

Below is the ISS approaching Jupiter and passing beneath the Leo Triplet.

Ok, so it didn't quite hit the bullseye but it came close :-)

The ISS is starting to fade now as it enters the Earth's shadow, passing between the legs of Virgo.
