Congratulations to Dr Andrew McCrea MBE who received his medal from Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, in June 2004.

Congratulations to EAAS Member and IAA President Dr Andy McCrea, on being awarded the MBE in the Queen's New Year's Honour's for 2003.

Andy McCrea is a wind energy pioneer in Ireland. His current position as Manager, Environmental Services with Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) gives the network an insight into commercial requirements for future wind power projects. The medal has been awarded "For services to the electricity industry" as Andy is Manager of Environmental Services at NIE. It goes without saying that, "He's over the moon!".
